《作家介紹》
Ai Ono is a Japanese ceramic artist and designer, currently based in Kyoto, Japan.
Since the start of her study in ceramics in the UK, she has continued making ceramics in Finland, Korea, Denmark and Japan. Her experience working with ceramics and other materials in different countries has led her to research colours and materials that harmonise with the surrounding space and nature. Forms of her artistic and functional works are minimal to enhance the quality of materials used. How shadow and light reflect upon her work also plays a significant role in her design.
